Hello fellow Paint Lakers,
It is my great honour to introduce the new Paint Lake community association leadership team. We are all very honoured to be a part of an executive committee for a lake that we care so much about. Each of us have grown to love the community and all that it offers in our years as property owners. Between hosting and participating in lake social events, helping neighbours with projects, and creating great memories with our friends and families, each of us are excited to support Paint Lake in our new roles.
The following new team members are excited to be joining Karen Brigden who is staying on as the transitional treasurer, Bob Brigden staying on as a transitional vice president and Dana Sinclair as our communications director.

As an association, we would like to take a moment to thank Tom Swain and his team for their years of service. As the previous Paint Lake Association president, he has led by example, and we look forward to continuing working with him as the town liaison. His wealth of knowledge and connections will continue supporting the lake by keeping the lines of communication open with the Lake of Bays township.
Our team is united by the ambition to be a part of this community for many more years and to ensure it remains as safe and functional as it currently is. To do so our association will prioritize the following goals:
- Water quality
- Water safety and education
- Respecting the lake and the Paint Lake creek
- Safe road travel
- Communicating with rental property owners on educating their renters
- Respecting and talking to your neighbors rather than involving the authorities
- Organizing a few events with the lifting of COVID restrictions
We ask that you please forward your annual association dues ($40.00) via. e-transfer (preferred) or cheque at your earliest convenience. Information regarding the submission of payment can be found below.
