PAINT THE LAKE!!
The annual Boat Parade will be held this Saturday, August 30th, 2025, at 3pm. If the weather does not cooperate, the parade will be held on Sunday at 3pm instead.
Get your thinking caps on and decorate with colour! Use what you have and just show up!!
All boats are welcome, motorized or self-propelled! If you don’t have a boat, just come out to your dock and cheer everyone on.
We will meet at 2:45 just before you enter Gants Bay. The parade will proceed at 3pm. We will travel around Gants Bay and onward around the lake. Unfortunately we will not be able to travel under the bridge to “Little Paint Lake” due to the biminis, but we hope that those who have homes and/or cottages will either participate or stand on the bridge to support this annual event.

If you would like to donate, volunteer to be a judge, or have any questions, please contact us at the above email. All money generated by the event will be donated to the local Health Hub here in Dorset.
